Ava Roum, 5th grader at Desert Sunset, earned 3rd place in the state science fair competition in the 5th-8th grade age group. You read that right, as a 5th grader, Ava earned 3rd place going up against much older students. Congratulations on an amazing accomplishment!

Tonopah Valley High School hosted Star Gazing night on Friday. It was a great turnout. Volunteer astronomers shared the views from their telescopes with all who attended. Families saw some awe inspiring sites. #WeAreSaddleMountain
