Meet one of our incredible students and our dedicated physical therapist, Ms. Lucy working hard to build mobility, confidence, and independence! đź’Ş
School-based physical therapy isn't just about movement — it’s about empowering students to access their education and environment fully. Whether it’s using adaptive tricycles, gait trainers, or tailored mobility exercises, PT helps students thrive both inside and outside the classroom. 🙌
Let’s continue to support and expand these vital services so every child has the opportunity to move, grow, and shine. 💚💙

Through creativity, patience, and expertise, they are helping our students strengthen their fine motor skills — from writing ✏️ to heavy work 💪 and everything in between. Their dedication ensures every milestone is celebrated and every step forward is supported. 💙
We are incredibly proud of our students' hard work and grateful for the OT team's support along the way! 🙌 #OccupationalTherapy #TeamworkInAction #StudentSuccess

We’re so proud to share that Saddle Mountain Unified School District was recognized for several outstanding achievements in special education!
-Our amazing Preschool Team was celebrated for completing evaluations on time and getting students the support they need by age 3!
-Our Positive Behavior Support (PBS) Program and Buddy Program were also highlighted for helping students build friendships, confidence, and a strong sense of community.
We’re honored to be recognized at the state level and so grateful for the incredible staff, students, and families who make this possible.
Today, they dove into cooperative group strategies—building skills to foster collaboration, communication, and success in their classrooms. 👩‍🏫👨‍🏫
We’re so excited to see the positive impact they’ll make with their students this year. 💡✨ #WeareSaddleMountain
